Middle Ages
This covers European history from the fall of the Roman Empire up to the beginnings of feudalism with a specific focus on the lifestyles of the different classes of people. This is part 1 of our Medieval Europe unit and takes about 2 weeks. The second half of the Medieval Europe unit explores the conflict between kings and popes, the Crusades, the Magna Carta and the Black Death. It is chock full of information and activities. One is an investigation into the Black Death through a DBQ and how it really spread.
