7th Grade History Units
Why study history
The Ohio standards contain a group of "history analysis" skills that I cover throughout the year. This opening unit briefly introduces those skills and the different types of activities we will do throughout the year. Here I introduce the ways to use historical thinking skills: Corroboration, Sourcing, Contextulization, and Close Reading.

#3. Evaluating Sources Choose a source that you mostly trust to get information.
#4. Make Your Case Choose from the sources to make your own claim.
#5 Lunchroom fight 2 Suspension report based on the information your given.
#6 Egyptian Pyramids Sheg Work through the documents to find out who you think built the pyramids.
#7 Hammurabi's Code Find out how the first laws of man goverened.
